I am inspired by life concepts from Buddhism
and a story from one of the greatest philosophers in China, Zhuang-Zi.
In this story, Zhuang-Zi dreamed he was a butterfly. But when he woke
up, he questioned if his real life is just a butterfly's dream. The
dreamer in this drawing is a woman with butterfly wings. The life stages
surrounding her are illusions, conveying the cycle of birth to
reincarnation. It shows how our senses can generate feelings driving us
to pursue our desires and can cause consequences that we may bring into
our next lives.
